Youth Ministry
At Calvary Baptist Church of Lenexa, our dedication to nurturing the next generation is unwavering, and we are thrilled to offer a youth ministry that is rooted in the Word of God. We believe in equipping our youth with a strong biblical foundation, inspiring them to grow in their faith and live their lives in full surrender to Christ.
Every week, our Youth Sunday School class provides a space for young people to dive deep into the Scriptures. Guided by leaders in our church, students dive into the truths of the Bible, fostering spiritual growth and an understanding of God’s Word.
Beyond our weekly class, we hold youth activities throughout the year, designed to engage and encourage our teens. These events provide opportunities for fellowship, fun, and service with the other youth of our church.
We invite your teens to join us at Calvary Baptist Church, where they can learn more about God and grow with others their age. Together, we’ll nurture their love for God and equip them to shine His light in the world.
Children’s Ministry
We take very seriously the command to guide our children in their spiritual learning, helping them grow in their understanding and love of God. Our children’s ministry is dedicated to teaching the Word of God in a way that is engaging, accessible, and based in the truths of the Bible, taught in an age-appropriate manner for even our youngest members.
Every week, our Sunday School classes offer an environment where children explore the Bible, verse-by-verse. Through interactive lessons and creative activities, we bring the stories of the Scriptures to life, helping children grasp the timeless truths and values found within God’s Word. More so, we teach them how those truths shape their lives.
In addition to our weekly classes, we host a variety of exciting children’s events throughout the year. From our energetic Vacation Bible School (VBS) to the festive Fall Fun Fest, each event is designed to enrich children’s lives a deeper understanding of their faith.
At Calvary, we are passionate about teaching our children the Word of God, instilling in them a lifelong love for the Bible and a strong spiritual foundation.
